You can also expect deep conversations, dancing and laughing. Lila believes we should all be living a BIG life of our own unique expression. It is her chosen legacy to create connection through vulnerability, goal sharing, food and yoga. Through the practice of yoga and meditation she has gained a spiritual awareness that is being fueled by curiosity.
