The tips will include integrated medicine methods as well as some techniques on good meditation, protection and grounding. This will include a short mindfulness meditation.

Dr. Sara Florida, MAOM, D.D., L.Ac., is an experienced Texas Licensed Acupuncturist, Integrative Functional Medicine Practitioner, and National Speaker. She has her masters in Oriental Medicine from the “Harvard” of OM schools and her doctorate in Emotional Healing from the University of Sedona. She is also a certified yoga instructor, which she integrates into her practice in the form of therapeutic yoga. She has specialties in mood and digestive disorders for overall health and is a general practitioner treating more than 80 conditions. She helps patients to improve energy, sleep, mood, reduce pain, and finding balance between the gut and emotions for general emotional well-being. In 2017, Dr. Florida released her first book about meditation and emotional healing for practitioners. She provides thousands of therapeutic treatments annually.
