Empowerment Hall

We understand that life gets busy and stressful; as women we spend the majority of our time taking care of others, leaving little to no time for ourselves. Our 15-minute presentation will kick off with interaction with our audience, getting to know our attendees and their stories. The presenters will share personal experiences on how they have incorporated self-care in their lives; as well as discuss strategies and practices to prioritize self-care. We believe health and wellness starts with self-care and our hope is to empower women to put themselves first. We will wrap the session with simple seated stretch/tension release, breath-work, and a relaxing body scan.
