For Summer, creating her art is just like yoga – a full body experience. “I dance when I paint. Painting is my happy place. My work is bold, vibrant and playful, full of energetic moments of happiness, bubbling over with hope, and interjected with whimsy and wonder!”
Upon moving to Houston in August 2018, Summer, a yogi since 2005, began practicing at BIG Power Yoga. Summer has traveled all over the world working as a full time artist, painting on her balcony in Paris, along the roads of India, during a surprise pop-up show in Miami, and making paintings for a boutique hotel in Costa Rica. Her work is collected by friends in Germany, France, Sweden, New York, California, and all over Texas.
