Inspired daily by the sweetness of her children, the challenges of managing a yoga program and the irony of the human experience, Kim has found solace and humor in both the physical and esoteric practices of yoga. Kim discovered ashtanga yoga on a lunch break in 2001 and began teaching public classes in 2007. She has taught workshops and trainings both nationally and internationally. Currently she enjoys teaching her public classes around town and teaching teachers at The Four Dragons Institute,
