Watch Nicole paint a mixed media painting from start to finish before your eyes. She will paint a large, mixed media piece, live, in 3-4 hours, in front of your patrons while you enjoy the festival. She will answer questions and entertain you while creating a masterpiece. Sometimes people even help me paint! She works in multiple mediums with multiple layers. That’s what makes it exciting to watch. Nicole uses book pages, vellum, glue, stencils, ink, yarn, stamps, charcoal, crayons, and more to produce a multi-layered one of a kind piece. The finished piece is covered in many layers visible to the eye, yet viewers are left with a sense of curiosity of how it got there.
